CENTRAL JAMAICA BADMINTON ASSOCIATION

 
The Little Rangers of the Central Jamaica Badminton Association returned home last night after participating in the REGATS JUNIOR INTERNATIONAL BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIPS in Lima, Peru over the weekend.

The 7 member team consisted of under 11 and under 13. They returned home with 15 medals ? 2 gold 7 silver and 6 bronze.

Jamaica?s #1 U13 girls doubles pair retained the crown in Peru (Mikaylia Haldene -#1 seed and Renae Rochester -#2 seed).

The Little Rangers are from the Rangers Badminton Academy in Mandeville ? It is currently the only badminton academy in the island that develops children 6-12 years old.
They are dominating the U13 category nationally.
