BUSTA FIGHTERS PROFILE

Jason McKay - Contributed

Captain and founder of the Combined Martial Arts Team, Jason McKay, has been the face of Jamaican Martial Arts since coming out of retirement in 2001. In his role as captain and manager of the Combined Team for the last five years, McKay has fought in fifth position in virtually every match the Combined Team has taken part in. He holds the distinction of being one of three gold medallists for Jamaica at the 2006 US Open and also holds a world bronze medal from the 2004 World Cup in Orlando. This veteran, who consistently claims Jamaica has the best continuous fighting team in the world, will be forced to back up his talk at the Continental World Championship in Orlando in addition to defending his title in the two-man team event.
