By Orville Clarke, Portmore Star Writer

With the preliminary round out of the way, the CTL-sponsored Portmore/St. Catherine domino league moves into its quarter-final stage in both divisions tomorrow.

The first eight teams in the standings will contest Division I, the next eight Division II. There were 22 participating teams.

Caribbean Classic, who topped the standings by virtue of being the only unbeaten team so far, will oppose Right Stuff at Eagle View Club, in one quarter-final match tomorrow at Old Braeton.

The other Division I matches will see runners-up Fort International opposing Eradication at Hurricane Domino Club, Dunbeholden; Night Shift vs Eagle View at Garveymeade Sports Club and defending champions St. Joseph vs Hurricane at Eradication, Gregory Park. All matches will be played at neutral venues.

In Division II, the ninth place team Marleymount take on Frazer's Whip at Black Rooster, McCook's Pen; Masterpiece vs ISCF at Prison Oval; Garveymeade vs JUTC at Caribbean Classic, Portmore Lane, and Black Rooster vs Correctional Services at Masterpiece Domino Club, Old Harbour Road.

All matches start at 11:30 a.m. The winners will advance to the semi-finals on Sunday, April 22 while the finals are scheduled for Sunday, May 6.
