Chelsea are 'Prem' favourites for local Bookie
Supreme Ventures Sports Betting, having just completed its betting campaign for the FIFA World Cup in South Africa, through its brand JUSTBET, has jumped right back into the football betting fray.
The sports betting facilitators recently released their odds for the 2010-11 season of international club football. In addition to offering odds for the overall champion in many of the most watched football leagues in the world, JUSTBET will also be offering odds on all the matches in each league, from week to week, during the coming season. In the Barclays Premiership, believed by many to be the most popular league in the world, defending champions Chelsea are favoured to claim their fifth league title, at odds of 2.35, followed by 2009-10 runners-up and perennial title contenders Manchester United, at odds of 2.55. Next is a resurgent Manchester City, offering odds of 5.00. Thereafter, Arsenal, at odds of 6.50; eighteen-time champions Liverpool, hoping to improve on last season's 7th-place finish in the league, are offering odds of 12.50. Over in the Spanish La Liga, last season's champions Barcelona are favourites to claim their 21st league title, at odds of 1.65. Next are Spanish football's most successful club Real Madrid (31 league titles), at odds of 1.85; Sevilla - owners of just one league title in their history - at odds of 22.50 and nine-time champions Atletico Madrid, at odds of 40.00. In the Italian Serie A, winners of the 'Treble' (Serie A, Coppa Italia and UEFA Champions League titles) in 2009-10, Internazionale (Inter Milan) are favourites to lift their 19th title, at odds of 1.80, followed by three-time League champions, Roma (who last won the title in 2000-01), at odds of 4.50; Juventus, the most successful team in Serie-A history, and one of the world's most storied teams, with odds of 4.75 while AC Milan will be looking to claim their 17th title, with odds of 5.00. Most successful club In the German Bundesliga, the country's most successful club, defending league champs and UEFA Champions League runners-up Bayern Munich are favoured at odds of 1.40 to claim their 23rd league title. They are followed by 2nd and 3rd-placed teams from the '09-'10 Bundesliga: Schalke 04 and Werder Bremen respectively, both offering odds of 7.50; with Borussia Dortmund, Hamburg and Wolfsburg, all at odds of 17.00. Bets are also available for the French Ligue 1, Portugese Liga and the Argentine Primera Division, with odds for the Dutch Eredivisie expected to be announced soon.
