Domino league resumes

The CTL-sponsored Portmore/St Catherine domino league resumes after a one-week break with the unbeaten Eagle View opposing former champions Hurricane in an away match at Dunbeholden.

The competition took a break last Sunday to facilitate the playing of the Colours Sports Club Open Pairs championship at Colours, Port Henderson Plaza.

The competition, which was won by the ISCF pair of Thomas Gray and Clarie Birde, was put on by Lloyd Black, proprietor of Colours Sports Club, in association with the Jamaica Domino Federation. The winning pair took home $20,000, runners-up $15,000

Meanwhile, the matches on tomorrow are as follows (home teams named first):

Hurricane vs Eagle View who are unbeaten in 18 matches, second placed Fort International vs New Look at Passagefort, fourth place Caribbean Classic vs Ken's Wildflower at Portmore Lane, Marlie Mount vs third placed Eradication, Westchester vs Old Harbour United, Prozz and Conzz vs Old Harbour Bay, Colours vs Correctional Services, Right Stuff vs Lime Tree at Cedar Grove Road, Seamaster vs Masterpiece in Old Harbour Bay. ISCF and Ackee Pod will gain walkovers from High Roller and Garveymeade, both of whom have withdrawn from the competition.

All matches start at 11:30 a.m.
